On May 8, on behalf of the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka, a wreath was laid at the Motherland monument. The event was dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The Sri Lankan students also took part in the ceremony.
