Russia and Sri Lanka mark 65 years of diplomatic relations
The leaders of Russia and Sri Lanka, as well as the ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries, exchanged celebratory letters to mark the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Sri Lanka.
